Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with multiple overflow areas nearby to ensure plenty of space for additional vehicles.

This condo comfortably sleeps six guests, and if you’re traveling with a larger group, we can accommodate up to six more guests in the pet-friendly unit located just below—perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or multi-family vacations.

Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding one owner-designated closet (the master closet).

When booking this property, CabinMasters requires a non-refundable damage waiver of $35 plus tax to help protect both guests and property owners. Boarding Pass also provides essential rental details and automated access to the property via our e-lock system. Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
