This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Open up the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through. Ceiling and box fans are located throughout the property to help create a pleasant breeze.
For colder weather, the in-floor radiant heating keeps the space cozy, though it may take up to two hours to reach the desired temperature. Please note that increasing the thermostat setting will not accelerate the heating process.
Trash pickup is scheduled for Mondays and is collected directly from the garage.
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
